For addresses in The Netherlands, we’ll ship your order within four business days via PostNL. Are you in a hurry or for destinations outside The Netherlands, please send us an e-mail.

Returns

We hope you’re thrilled with your order. If you’re not, or have another reason for returning something, please e-mail us within 14 business days of receipt and we’ll be happy to help. You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs. We’ll refund within 14 days of receiving the product(s) in good order.
